Mimi Kini offers credit notes and exchanges on all full price purchases. Should you need to exchange your purchase, please ensure returns are made within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed. Please note that SALE items are final and we do not offer any exchanges or refunds.
Please follow our returns process outlined below:
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the date you received your delivery, indicating whether you would like to return for a store credit or exchange. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please include the details of what you would like to exchange for. If there is a price differential, we will either credit or refund your account the amount.
2. You will receive an email response within 1-2 business days with a returns Packing Slip.
Please package the garments up in their original packaging ensuring all hygiene stickers and tags are in place.
Mimi Kini is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. It is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Returns outside 14 days are subject to rejection. Mimi Kini reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, they will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a store credit or exchange. Your return or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned garment(s) although it may take a little longer during busy periods.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser to and from their destination.
*Please note that refunds, exchanges or credit notes are not offered on sale items or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion.

Our business hours are Monday and Friday, 8-4pm, and all orders placed before 10am (AWST) on these days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am (AWST) will be dispatched the next working day.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the Mimi Kini warehouse.
During sale periods, or within a few days of a collection launch, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.
DHL are our providers and work extremely hard to get all deliveries to our customers as quick as possible, however at times there may be some situations that can cause unavoidable delays.
We ship Worldwide using DHL Express. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 8-4pm. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods. Pack and Track Shipping does not have a Signature on Delivery option, so please ensure all delivery premises are secure.
Please note: When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Unfortunately, Mimi Kini cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customers that elect to not pay custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees are ineligible for a refund or exchange.
